Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

May I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a full credit. Sculptures returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Returns must be packaged in original box and packing materials.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, within one to two weeks or less. We will endeavor to accommodate Rush Orders, however additional postage charges will be added.

May I have my order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes, it will arrive U.S.P.S.

May I have my order shipped to a different address?
Yes. When you place your order, just indicate in the space provided the name of the recipient and address of where you would like the sculpture sent.

May I select a specific wood for the sculpture I choose?
Yes, as long as we have the wood in stock. Certain sculptures, however, look best when paired with certain woods. We will advise you if we believe the wood you choose does not compliment the piece.

Where do the woods Cocobolo and Buckeye Burl originate?
Cocobolo (or Mexican Rosewood) is from Mexico. It is not Ironwood. The burl on the California Buckeye tree develops and grows on the trunk near the base of the tree which is found in the Sierra Mountain foothills.

How do I maintain the luster of the finish?
Regular dusting and a periodic gentle polishing with Liquid Gold or other fine furniture polish should keep your sculpture looking its best.

May I custom order a sculpture?
We will endeavor to create any bird or sea creature that is not shown in our on-line catalog.

May I have a personalized inscription on the base of the piece?
Yes, a brief personalized message will be added if requested.
